Hello!
We add disposition code (via Business result attribute) for reporting. We need it only for inbound calls, but it shown in outbound calls too. Is there any possibility to hide "disposition" for outblound calls? Agents can work with inbound and outbound calls and i cann`t use roles to disable option.

Hi,
Leave interaction-workspace/interaction.disposition.value-business-attribute blank in app config and set the value from the inbound routing strategy.
That way outbound calls have no available dispositions to choose from, and the inbound ones do.
