Title: Any way to extract total amount of active extensions per time? Genesys 7.1/7.5
Post by: Gef Buneri on February 02, 2021, 11:45:36 AM
Hi all, there's some method to extract the total active extensions number in a specific moment?

For active I mean extensions registered in a seat and using a license.

Best regards,

Gef.

Oh Gef and your questions hehe
Well...using which tool?
What I do is via CCPulse monitor "Extensions" currently monitored and active.
But will also depend on how your PBX monitor such DNs.

Looool xD and by luck with your answers! hope you're safe and fine. Still trying to migrate, here. Yes, I can monitor using ccpulse, but no historical reporting there, so no idea on how to export the collected infos, related to specific time of measurement. i.e. per quarter, total number of active extensions.

T-Server on Avaya s8720, behind the switch cfg.

Historical means you want the max and min. Just create the MaxMonitored and MinMonitored under CCA.
Hope you are also ok with yours my friend

At the end I reached the goal using T-Server log parsing to create some tables on Oracle and doing some manipulation from there.

Thanks for the support, Cav, as usual.
