Title: SCS emails not working

hello,

I am seeing this messages in SCS logs whenever an alarm condition is triggered.
just wondering where the limit is set, or what caused it to stop and how to resolve (if on Genesys side).
this started after we added a connection to URS which caused a large volume of alarms.  these suddenly stopped but more so for the reason showing in the scs logs than issue resolved.

[b]TRACE: eMail Message accepting in the Queue to SMTPServer <mail server host>
ERROR :: Queue is full(1000 mail Messages), refused ..
### LOCAL MESSAGE#=10111, 'Cannot send email, errcode -1'[/b]

Framework v8.1
URS v8.1.4

Can you try to send mail via telnet and SMTP commands directly?
Remember SCS can't use user/password
