Anyone knows where to clear the queue stuck in queue for long time time. When I monitored CCPulse for swtiches queue I noticed one of queue received more then 60 calls waiitng in the queue. How can I clear the queue? I wonder can we set something in CME for stat server or any compenent able to clear the queue automaticcalt. Please help . Thanks

This functionality you want is in Stat Server v7 (and some of the later 6.5 versions).
