Title: How to configure SCI Application logging option

Hello,

I want to configure the following logging option in SCI. Could you help me

- All Log Records
- Alarm Log Records
- Standard Log Records
- Interaction Log Records
- Trace Log Records
- Real-Time Log

Note: DAP of Log database has been added to Genesys message server. Message server has been added under Connection tab to all the Genesys applications.

Did you add the same DAP to the SCI application?

Network log enabled at your apps?

Trace and all cannot be sent to network for storage as far as I know, but levels less verbose than that should be a matter of having sci connected as a client to message server and having 'network' as value for the desired logging level.
