Hi everyone,

Is there an alternative to Genesys Agent Scripting ?

It seems that this tool reached EOL
"Genesys Agent Scripting 7.2 and 8.1 reached End of Support (EOS) on December 31, 2019. It previously entered End of Life (EOL) on December 22, 2017, and End of Maintenance on June 15, 2019. If you have questions, contact your account representative"
