Hello,
Once double click on [b]Queue Interaction Properties[/b] window will appear on that [b]interaction queue[/b] has been selected, pressed Ok button and then window will disappear. Open the same Queue Interaction Properties object then Interaction name will be empty. why it happening and how to prevent this behavior, Please let me know your thoughts on this

Well...that is not normal behavior...After you choose you select OK button, correct?
Have you tried in another PC? By any chance you forced the installation on a OS not supported like Windows 2016 or something?

Most of the Interaction queue is working fine but few Interaction queue only i am started facing this issue.
I can not change the server because i does not have any other open.

But is this server OS version supported by IRD?

Yes, Windows 2012 is supported.

All I can think is to reinstall or try a lower version

If it is happen just for few interaction queues - may be there is something special about them - may be their names has some special chars, may be something else.
Also after interaction queue is selected and object saved - if you not open it again but open property as text context menu item - does it lists selected interaction queue (as value of property name)?
