Title: Plug in losing settings

We have gax plug in for voice mail .
We enter email addresses for the each mail box, due to unknown reasons those email addresses are wiped off automatically, does anyone know why this happens.

Email notification values changes to no
And email addresses field becomes empty in gax

What do the gax logs say when you press save after editing the email address?
