Title: iWD 8.5 installation query

Hi Team,

I have to do a POC of iWD 8.5 in the lab. However, the installation & configuration seems to be bit complex.
There is one step in the deployment guide which says to create a new TENANT.  Do I need to do all the configuration under this TENANT also the IXN application should be part of this tenant?

I am a bit confused at the stage of creating a SOLUTION, does it need to go under Child Tenant of the Environment.
Any leads would be helpful.

iWD can use its own IXN, you can use your own Tenant.
Guess you are using a MultiTenant CfgServer with the default Tenant only.
Just your Environment and create new apps or use existing ones.
iWD is yes, a sort complicated and without previous experience/training can be messy.

Hi Cav,

Thank you for the response.
I actually configured everything under the Environment, but in the iWD manager as per the screenshot available in the document, I should be able to see the solution details consisting of the iWD Run time node. I just simply see the business structure and Capture points.

I thought I have messed up somewhere on the Tenant config. I am still not sure if the iWD manager view I have is expected or it's missing something.

Can you point out what picture you are referring to and what do you see?

Hi All,

I was able to install the iWD 8.5 successfully.

However I had to upgrade to 9.x as part of POC.

After upgrading to iWD 9 whenever I am trying to start the iWD_Runtime_Node application I am getting below error..
Has anybody came across the same?  I am using Environment tenant  only and I am not sure  where I have to set this Tenant Runtime ID.
