Hello,
is there a way we can set up permissions on a transaction list.
At the moment we have set up read/execute and change permissions by access group.
But this means any user with these permissions can change the option name field (option), whereas we just want them to change the option values. They use CME at the moment to change these.
there might be a better way to do this?
the list is used by a routing strategy (IRD/URS) to determine which route a call uses based on the values extracted.
thanks,

I might be wrong, but I don't think so. Can't you use the OPM manager on GAX for that? Or it must be CME?

As far as I know there is no way to control permissions on individual items in List objects.

Genesys has no such detailed control item. What you may need is an external system to limit according to your needs and Genesys grab those parameters via WebService, DB query, etc.
