Title: WWE notifications

Hi!

Is there an option for WWE to notify (new chats etc.) over other windows opened?
For example, agent is logged in and Ready but swithes from browser to other sowftware - ne interaction comes - notification is shown in browser - can it be shown in front of other windows?

It is definitely possible (there may be notifications that are shown over other sotftware in right bottom if you let browrser do it) but not sure if WWE can...

On the first time you log in, the browser requests for permission to enable notifications. You should accept that notification request. That way, it would use the Windows Notifications.

Thanks! I found out that admins turned this option off in Chrome - will work on that.
