Dear experts, I hope you are well, I wanted to consult a licensing topic, I am new to this and I try to orient myself hand in hand with the factory documentation:
It turns out that I have to analyze the requirements to implement Disaster Recovery, I want to start from the license, by any chance do you know that Feature indicates the mentioned functionality?
I understand that HA is something else and if I have that feature but I don't see anything related to Disaster Recovery.
I look forward to your kind support or suggestion.
Thanks

Check for Business Continuity concept, no license as such, just x2 the amount of licenses you would use normally.

Thank you very much for your prompt response Cavagnaro, review the documentation and relate procedures for the implementation of disaster recovery, I understand that it would be to double (x2) the licenses referring to Feature HA ???
I have seen a license for a platform with disaster recovery and it does not have a license as such or a Feature that mentions it
I do not know if I am correct since this concept confuses me a bit.
Thanks for your kind suggestion.

HA is for server Main/Backup pair.
For disaster recovery you want 2 sites with basically same components, HA is optional tho. Would be strange however to have Disaster Recovery without basic HA.
As you need 2 sites, it is not a named license, but just your architecture duplicating everything and Genesys components being able to work in such way, therefore you need twice the number of licenses you use right now. If you have 20 SIP Agents, then you need 40 licenses (20 for Site A and 20 for Site B) to be able to monitor your 20 agents from each site

Thank you very much for the explanation Cavagnaro, it is super clear to me.
Thank you and you are well
