Title: Personal Callback in a preview campaign

Dear Team,

I am currently running preview campaign for one of my business and all calls that are Personal callbacks are received at agent end as a toaster window and if agent is free he can click on "Accept" and let the call dial.

Business has a requirement, wherein they want call to come as a normal call. If agent is free instead of a toaster window, call should land as any other campaign call.

Any ideas on how to achieve this.

Note- Campaign is a Preview campaign and agent clicks on Get Record once to start getting preview campaign calls.
