Title: Ring on Multiple Devices at same time

Hey All,
Have a question, we have a relatively new deployment and we need the ability for users to use a hard phone while in the office, however when they work from home they login to their softphone with the same extension/DN.  We would like for both to ring simultaneously on an inbound call, however it would appear that the call is being delivered to whatever the last device was that registered against the SIP server.

AudioCodes Hardphones with Genesys SIP Server 8.1.x

Wondering what others might be doing to get around this or if there is a solution...

It is the expected behavior to send to the last endpoint that registered a specific DN. You might consider using Find-me Follow-me feature from SIP Feature Server or Call Forwarding, but that would require additional Seat DN licenses to have a secondary DN.

Try to check hunt-group function on SIP app level
