Title: Target set not ACD agent

Hi All,

I am not sure wheather i m posting my query at right place or not.

I hav installed 6.5 and studied some of part of it but having some issues running the new strategy developed.

I hav created one simple strategy which targets to a specific agent say eg 'xxxxx' using Routing Obejct Selection.

But when i load and run this strategy i m getting eventerror in URS log as 'Target set not ACD agent'. I am not able to understand wht this error means.

If you have any idea about this pls let me know.

Is the agent's phone extension configured in Config Manager? If so, is the actual phone configured as an ACD phone, with AST's?
