Hello
we are migrating end users from CME/GA to GAX and they have some queries on functionality that was available before.
Firstly CME it was possible to select a skill, then using the dependency tab select a number of users and manage the skills that way (through a multiple objects update wizard).
In GA, you can perform an advanced search, select multiple users and manage their skills this way. The problem here is that you can only update 100 objects (limit per page) at a time whereas in CME you could select as many as required. if there was away to display all objects it would help though we want to move to GAX.
In GAX, we cannot see a wizard or advanced search option that will allow the either of the functions above.
I think the only option is bulk agent management, but even then we can select by agents, not the skill. I know there is a spreadsheet export/import option but not sure if this is the only method available. What we are trying to get to is what was possible in CME.
Am i missing something in GAX?
thanks,

In GAX go to System Preferences under your user name
Go to Agent Management
Set the mode to Premise
You should see then a new tab in GAX called "Agents". There you can edit skills for many agents at once
