Hey folks,
is it possible to display "Disposition codes" for call consult ( customer is on hold and agent is talkng to supervsor)?
when the consult is done, they are using a route point which puts the call on a routing parameter, this routing parameter has new dispositon code configuered. when the call arrives on supervisor desktop, there are no dispositon codes. ORS logs are picking up the new dsposition codes. I am not sure where i am doing wrong.
correct permisson has been set on the dispositon code transacation list..
when the same agent transfers the same call to supervisor , supervisor is seeing the new codes with no issue.
