Title: Advanced Routing Strategy with Genesys Cloud

Hi, I am learning Genesys Cloud right now, and I have trouble migrating my knowledge from IRD to it.

I am now playing with the Script Editor; however, it is not as visually sppealing or intuitive as what I saw during the training. Can someone please show me some of their own “strategies” / scripts so that I can understand what I am doing wrong?

Which Cloud - PureCloud or Multicloud e.g. Architect or Designer flows?
