Title: WWE not grabbing new config

Hi Expert here,

      WWE config updated with new ring tone for email,chat and email account attribte also updated with new email addresses. When agents login to wwe, noticed that new config are not working and wwe still used old config,emails. Tried with wde and new config are grabbed and working fine on wde.  Can advise how to fix on wwe? any services need to restart on gws server?

Which option exactly? Is it supported on WWE? Check WWE logs as well.
