Title: Voice channel out of service

Dear experts, I wanted to ask you something, it happens that I have a sipserver installed, but it is not yet connected to an SBC, I also have a WDE, I can register an agent but I get the error: Voice channel out of service

Could this error be due to a lack of connection to the SBC? or do I have to configure something additional?

I understand that the SBC is a component that helps me to take the call to the outside and vice versa.

I look forward to your suggestions to solve this case.

SBC has nothing to do here. I guess you have configured your voice DN according to documentation to support WDE with SIP, right?
Also, check TServer logs and WDE and SIP Endpoint logs.

Hello precious;

Obviously I have configured the voice DN, the problem I had is that the server where the SIP Server is installed is hardened, so we lowered the firewall and it worked without problem, and another team will be in charge of reviewing the port issue.
