Title: SIP BC no-answer recall
Post by: sehyun on June 02, 2022, 05:42:14 AM

With SIP BC configuration, no-answer configuration was applied at each RoutingPoint to centers 1 and 2.

agent-no-answer-action=notready

agent-no-answer-overflow=recall

agent-no-answer-timeout=15

Is it possible to configure a configuration in which a call is not answered on 1050002 at center 1, but a call is connected to 1060002 at center 2, and a call is received again at 1050002?

Can you please clarify what exactly you mean or would like to happen?
