Title: Where can i configure announcement for agent?

Hello

Where is the best location to set up and play an announcement to the agent only.
We have a requirement where a department wants to play a set announcements to the agent based on call origin.  This should work with a ring alert so the agent hears ringing , followed by the announcement then the call is answered.  During this time the caller should hear ringing.
I can see a 'voice ringing bell' option in WDE object which should play the ring alert.
But not sure if this is same option we use for the announcement.
We are using IRD for strategies build in a SIP/GVP platform.

Use UpdateExtension before the target and set the agent-greeting for the audio the agent should hear and customer-greeting for a small "ring" file
