Title: Hard IP phone for Engage

Hi Expert here,

      My customer currently using Genesys engage with WWE and they want to use hard phone instead to pickup the calls. Just want to verify, is there any changes needed on genesys configuration? or just to make hardphone to be registered will work? do I need to remove genesys softphone which is installed on their PC to use with WWE? Please advise if there any changes needed.
