Title: Email Address Format

Hi Guys,
            I want to change the incoming email ToAddress/CcAddress format to FromAddress

FromAddress = "firstname.lastname@gmail.com"

ToAddress="firstname lastname<firstname.lastname@gmail.com>"

how can I achieve this within Genesys, I am using Genesys Pure Engage and Office365 as an Email Exchange Server
