Hello,
just looking for some help on this.
We are deploying WDE/SIP Endpoint (embedded) on a single device.
When using standard protocol (UDP) the login and calls (inbound/outbound) work.
If, however i change the protocol to TLS, the user cannot login (wde message is sip registration in progress).
in sip endpoint logs i see this message
12:40:22.057 Std 09900 Application.ServiceSIPEndpoint.GLogger |err|1988 |Secure connection error, socket 2504, cannot acquire credentials, syserror 8009030d, The credentials supplied to the package were not recognized
12:40:22.057 Trc 09900 Application.ServiceSIPEndpoint.GLogger |inf|1988 |CGCL2Listener: Unable to open port 5061 for listening, result -1
12:40:22.057 Trc 09900 Application.ServiceSIPEndpoint.GLogger |inf|1988 |SIPstack:TLS failed (port=5061), -1
Where and how can i troubleshoot this?
The security certificates work elsewhere (on wde in a virtual environment/sip endpoint on a different local device) but wondering what i can check to confirm what is stopping this working on the current device.
We have network rules in place for sipendpoint to communicate with sipservers/mgw's so this could be local device policy or firewall even. What tools can i use to track the communications issue here?
thanks,
