Title: Busy Treatments

Hello,
I am trying to set up busy treatments in IRD as follows:

[li]Play announcement A for 30 seconds (once)[/li]
[li]Play announcement B for 10 seconds[/li]
[li]Play announcement C for 60 seconds[/li]
[li]Repeat announcement B and C for 10 and 60 seconds until target selection wait time expires [/li]
[/list]

In the Selection block Busy tab i can define each announcement per row but i only want announcement B and C to repeat and loop based on their individual timeouts.
Currently it will repeat all 3 announcements in a loop.
Is there a way i can play announcement A once only and loop the other 2?
They need to be split as we may need to change announcement script so want to keep this separate.

We are using SIPServer v8.1, URS v8.1.5, GVP v9

You need to use 2 blocks. In first one, play only message 1 then goto block 2. In second block, play 2&3 and loop.
Set timeout in first block to 30 (+lenght of message 1).
