Title: GAX Agent View - can we change columns in default view?

Hello,

we are using GAX v9
we have enabled the 'Agents' view/section and when using see multiple columns that be used to apply a filter.
these are agent name, employee id, agent groups, supervisors and skills.
is it possible to change these? so instead of employee id, use another field like email address or external user id?
or if not what we can use to filter on the two fields mentioned?
even if we use the Person section under Configuration, this still only contains Usermame, first name, last name and skills columns.
