Hello
I have tried to set up WDE corporate favourites using WDE Deployment guide but not seeing the category, just the object i have set up in my favourites section.
is there a quick checklist on what needs to be configured?
i think it might be permission related.
WDE is v8.5, connecting to csproxy (read only but dont think this matters as we dont want agents changing them).
The configuration has been applied to the WDE application options.

[li]created section in WDE called DIAL (category=RPs), id=6001@sipswitch, type=RoutingPoint[/li]
[li]added DIAL to the corporate favourite list[/li]
[/list]
when loading WDE i cannot see this list even though the favourites section exists.
maybe missing a config somewhere not documented in WDE guide.

To list the categories, when you click the teamcommunicator/favorites (the "Star" icon), you also need to click the top-right button of the favorites list (its an Icon with 3 people).
