Title: Prevent administrators from giving access to some ranks

Hello, everyone! This question might be a stupid one, but couldn't find solution.

Is it possible to give some admins rights to edit not all ranks, but only, for example, for CCPulse?
Now I can set rank to anyone with access to any application, while we need the field Application Type would give me possibility to choose only CCPulse (and, if possible, only one Application Rank).
