Gsrs software is installed on laptop, when i get a call screen is not recorded.
Laptop is unable to reach http load balancer server .
I see errors in GSRS logs.
Error 10061, no connection could be made the target machine refused it
When the same test is done by installing the gsrs on a server it works fine

Obviously you have a connectivity issue.. Not a service/software issue. Check your network and components in the network

Not sure how to troubleshoot this
When we do test from a windows server it works fine and same thing failed from a laptop
