Title: Email interactions in queue

Hello,
in the email vqueues we are using, we can see up to 1000 interactions due to Genesys IXN limitation due to performance.
We know that we have a lot email interactions in interaction queue waiting. How can we find out how many are there?

Query the database, interactions table, group by queue.

You can see up to 500 in WDE because a performance issue on your PC as memory would go very high.
