				Hello Dears,
I am asking about dupability to implement a chat survey and if yes is there any documents or resources should i follow i tried to search with no luck

				So... As an agent less interaction maybe within same conversation after agent transfer to a Interaction Queue using Messages. But no, there is no such documentation as it is a product, not a platform feature.
