We have GIR in our enrironment which we use for voice and screen recording. we also have disaster recovery setup.
genesys softphone is configuered to connect to primary and dr sites when it launches by defalut.
When agent start his PC every morning, two extension are racing towards registration and some time the DR extension gets registered first. Due to this agent i s not having screen recordings for that entire day
Any solution for this?
