Title: How to report on supervisors changing agent states

hello,

we are trying to find a way to report on how many times supervisors (using wde) change an agent state (for reasons such as finishing but forgetting to log off, or going on a break and not setting to not ready).
i think this is possible using genesys log database so using reporting tool extracted data but can only records for applications such as SIPServer, confserv, GAX, URS.
i think this is because the WDE apps do not contain a connection to the message server.  however rather than just simply adding the connection i am trying to figure if a) this works for the purpose needed and b) that it wont cause a system wide issue or network load issues if we added the message server (we have 5k+ agents).
