Title: purge all gim database tables
Post by: abdel on August 31, 2023, 08:32:50 AM
Hello,

Our GIM database was populated by another environement data and  it's a total mess, so all dimension tables are not sync with config database, even with new extract cycle , since the objects belongs to another environement, they will never be updated because they have different IDs in dimension table.

Is there a way to purge all tables from the database, if there is one? how to run GIM ETL so it can populate all tables?
Otherwise, is there way to to purge only dimension tables.
days-to-keep-cfg-facts is not enough since it doesn't purge all config related tables.

Or at least the table gidb_gc_skill, changing deleted_ts to a date doesn't help
