Title: All VTO ports engaged

Wonder if anyone can help... we shut the system down on Friday for the backup and after it return all the VTO ports are engaged.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of what this would be... Thanks.

For VTO ports did you make sure to restart the VTO servers after restarting the TServer. I have seen this when VTO loses connection to TServer and this usually will resolve the issue. It sounds primarily a synchronization issue.
