Dear team,
I configured a new sip trunk in our environment. While doing outbound call. The call is landing to customer. But, While doing inbound call it is landing to Genesys destination RP for some time post that the call is not landing to destination. If i make a outbound on same trunk and then if i make inbound call it is working for another 20 mins.
If i register the same trunk using xlite there is no issue receiving inbound call even after couple of hours. I found that it is happening due to Xlite keep alive check to the SIP network. Is there a way we can do the same on Genesys trunk to check keep alive or send re registrar requests? Please help

on the trunk put the option on "oos-check" with the value "10" (or any amount of seconds you want the SIP Server to send OPTIONS) on the section "TServer".
Take a look on Active Out of Service Detection on SIP Server deployment guide

Do. You see the options message working? What did happen? What you expected to happen?

Hi,
Post configuring the OOS-check= 10 I am able to see option message being send to SIP provider. But, I am getting 466 destination unreachable and it is ICMP request. After sometime sip marking the truck to unavailable status.
The same I checked with x-lite register. It is sending UDP request and it is reaching the sip provider.

Could leveraging Java servlets instead of VXML blocks in Genesys Composer revolutionize the way we build applications, offering more flexibility and control? How would this affect the development process and overall performance?
