Title: Queue number on Softphone application

Hi
What we need is, we want to show agent, the "calls waiting" number on the skills (or virtual queues) which the agent logged in...Is it possible to do this without SDK tool?

Not too sure if you need the SDK or not.. Do know that you need GIS installed as part of your solution.
