Title: AgentPlace.Init must be called...

We're trying to test a customuilt softphone against a new development environment. We're currently running a 6.5 environment, and the softphone runs fine (and has for 2+ years).
We change the database and config server information to go against our dev environment (running 7.0), and we get the message:

AgentPlace.Init must be called before this property is used.

I looked on the Genesys Public Knowledgebase, and the recommendations went from permissions to connections to the Voice TServer. Note we are running only a voice environment.

Any thoughts?

Disregard...
We had two TServers configured in the environment, but the software installed for only one. The switch was configured for the TServer that was not installed, and therefore the agent's extensions were not acquired when the softphone started.
