Title: URGENT-> No Extension <>Agend mapping

I am working on a CTI integration project in a PAPX that uses Genesys as the Tserver
I am using the Genesys ActiveXs (connection and extensions ) to monitor all the agents in the call center .

I realized that once you register an extension , the Tserver will send events regarding the extension . but once the extension has an agent logged on , no events regarding the Extension will be received , even if you now register the Agent , you will not have an eventinfo member that will tell you which extension he is on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you help please ?!!!!

have you configured the Places?

How are those places coming along? Did you configure them as well?
