Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can explain the issues we have with our current Primary and Backup TServers for the Aspect Application Bridge. We don't have management layer and we have a problem when the Primary TServer fails to the Backup TServer that the call center experiences a number of issues where some users are not getting screen pops and it can take hours to fully resolve. Anyone experience these types of issues with this type of setup. The backup TServer is running and is only called by the Aspect app. bridge if it receives a negative response from the send data step to the primary TServer.
Any help would be appreciated.
