Hello all!
Let me begin by telling you how great this forum is and how helpful it is in solving problems.
I am currently in charge of reviewing our callcentre's software, especially licensing practices and softphone has caught my eye. We are spending what seems to be a small fortune on license paying for it, so I am interested in purchasing softphone with source code.
Where would I go to find somebody willing to sell us the source code? We are not looking for anything fancy just a simple phone with all the features common to Avaya PBX.

Hi !
I have built one of my own, based on Genesys Java SDK 6.5.
I've put in som 6080 hours and i did it as a personal project to learn java. It's developed for Meridian 1 switch but the only difference (as I know) is that Avaya only registers one dn instead of two.
Here is a document about "CCPhone":

Any one up for a Open Sourceproject ?

I can't read your document... I'm working with TS ALCATEL 4400 and TS Nortel Symposium switches... Both are using 2 DN on each place (ACDPosition and Extension). I would like also to test your softphone functioning in my lab on these two switches. Please use a zip file to send me the documentation and the soft. I'll give you my returns.
Regards.

Hi, Mikael,
sorry about not getting back to you. I did not have time to play with it yet. I was a bit lazy and hoping someone else would check the phone and tell the rest.
I know, I know, I should have been testing it. I will... Because I really want to!
