Could anyone by any chance be able to help me with configuration of Genesys Expert Contact Center. I have got an Alcatel Switch in release 6.0 and Genesys in release 7.0.
Routing to an expert is working, but I still have problems with transfer and making calls.
Perhaps someone has experience with that stuff or an dokumentation.
