Title: Expert Contact Navigator
Post by: Mark Cupps on January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM
Is there anyone out there using the Expert Contact Navigator and if so can shed some light as to how it is used. Our Call Center management had me install a new license file in our development enviorment and test it. From what they are telling me they are cheaper agent licenses and they can only take 25 calls a day. I have 3 ECN licenses and 6 SDN licenses and can log in and take calls at 3 workstations. I can answer more than 25 calls at each agent workstation. What application uses the ECN licenses in Genesys? Very confused especially after calling Genesys for an explanation.

I think when you are asking about Genesys Expert Contact Navigator, you are talking about an Agent who is not in the office. You need to install the GCN Web an an CTI Less T Server. The Agent can get calls from Genesys Routing on his cell phone for example.
