Title: Many DNs

Hello Genesys Experts! I am an FOB when it comes to Genesys, but I need a tool that would allow me to monitor and ajdjust the status of up to ten phones. I want a hybrid softphone that let's me see all DNs status and then control the state for each of those DNs.
Did anyone make anything like that and is willing to share with the rest of us?

Why do you need it ? ( What do you want to do?)
We have a tool for logging in and out ivrlines from the ACD queue and it also shows status for each ivrline.
