Title: Any good Genesys consulting firms out there?

Hello! Here is a somewhat of an unusual question please don't flame me! :)

Can someone recommend a few good Genesys consulting companies? I am working on starting my own consulting company here in Japan, and thinking about paring up with a U.S. counterpart for development elated work and second ier support.
