Can anyone point me to a good source for finding trained/experienced Genesys Engineers looking to sign on full ime?

Aaron,

try few major resume sites, or callcentre.org . But, usually, CGE people are really hard to come by and cost a little fortune. Why not train your own people?

I would love to train internals but my problem is that I need someone to step up immediately with CTI experience. I'm looking for someone with hopefully at least a year or two of CTI background.
