Title: CallConsult in CCPulse

Hi,

I would like to take into account (in two different statistics) the number of CallConsult that an agent initiates and also the number of CallConsult that he receives.
How could we make the difference between these two CallConbsult ? A KVPair ?

I tried out ThisDNRole = "Origination" as a filter and also ThisDNRole = "destination" but these filters do not appear in my CCPulse Template. therefore I cannot select them in my templates.
Other filters like PairExist and ThisQueue = "Email" are created OK and i can select them in my CCPulse template.

Is this the right filter ? (ThisDNRole)

Just create a filter based on ThisDNRole

Thanks : I will try this out. I think this makes reference to Origination and destination.
