Can someone tell me the history behind the Genesys IVR platform.
Is it a product built and conceived by Genesys, or does it take root from another well known product purchase a while ago ?

can some explain configuration of ivr platform and gplus adapter for siebel

I assume it has its roots in the Alcatel/Genesys purchase of Telera in 2002.
