Title: Softphone disconnects from Phone Tserver

Our soft phone is disconnecting from Tserver, so I did Network Sniffer Trace and found out alot of "window frozen", "idle too long", and "retransmits by the server".

Sniffer Trace shows Server side TCP buffer is 64000 kb and client side buffer is 16000kb.

Therefore I am thinking to increase the client side TCP buffer size which our soft phone application TCP buffer.

Does anyone know how to increase the TCP buffer of Soft phone application?

TCP buffer are not defined at the application level, but rather at the IP stack level, I think you should adress this problem with your netwoork department.
